Turn Around Time
All items listed are ready to ship unless otherwise noted. Please allow 3 business days for shipping after check out. All of my orders are shipped in boxes and carefully packed and checked for accuracy. This take time and care for the attention to detail. Most times, things ship faster, but be prepared for a 3 day turn around time on ready to ship items.
Some items are listed as custom orders. My current turn around time for shipping on custom orders is 2 weeks. Should you place an order that requires adjustment, color changes, personalization, etc - please allow 2 weeks for order production. I hand make everything in my home studio and double check my orders for accuracy and quality before mailing.

Shipping Information
All orders that are listed as ready to ship will ship with the US Postal Service within 3 days of payment receipt. You will be notified in email from my store with the tracking information as well as how to properly look up your expected order delivery date. All orders weighing less than 1lb will ship with USPS First Class Mail. Orders in excess of 1lb will ship with Priority Mail Service. These packages will have insurance at the sellers expense. Should a problem arise with delivery, please reach out to me either via the "conversation" tab on your order home page/account page OR email with the order number and issue you are encountering at maggie@crochetmehappy.com.
I will work to resolve any shipping issues that you may encounter with either replacing, repairing, or cancelling orders. Please work with me to provide accurate information to the US Postal Service in the event that I need to file an insurance claim on a damaged package.
Returns/Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized and made to order items. Please make sure that all of your spellings are correct and that your color choices are correct before submitting your order.
Traditional ready to ship orders may be exchanged by being returned to the seller in the condition in which they were received. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns and return postage is at the buyers expense so long as there is no defects or damage done to the items. If there is an issue with damage in transit, please see above policy on insurance claims and contact information for me to rectify this on a case by case basis.
